3399947 - Not possible to mix multiple batches in a single handling unit for production order created in COP1

Symptom

  • Not able to mix multiple batches into single Handling unit while packing for quantities in production order in transaction code COP1.
  • Error VHUPD037 is raised when using COP2 transaction to create and pack HU against production order then posting goods receipt against multi-item production order using Handling unit in COWBHUWE. Despite the "Batch Mix" indicator in packing instruction of that material for HU packing is set.
