3399951 - Issue in Excel Template When Exporting the VAT Return

You are trying to export the VAT return in Excel, at the UI level, the screen has the Business Partner ID, Business Partner Name, and VAT registration ID. But in the Excel template, those fields are not available.

Now, you would like to know how to bring those fields into an Excel template. 

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Tax Management work center. 
2. Go to VAT Returns subview. 
3. Search for Tax Return ID: XYZ (XYZ represents the Tax Return ID).
4. Click "View". 
5. Go to Tax Return tab. 
6. Click "Export" button > To Microsoft Excel. 
7. Open the excel file downloaded. 
8. Here we can see that is missing the Business Partner ID, Business Partner Name and VAT registration ID.

The fields in the Excel are configured in Group ID - XLS_FIN_TAX_AT_VAT_RETURN which does not contain Business Partner-related fields.

Adding Business Partner details in the Tax Return Excel download is not a legal requirement and hence we will not add those fields in the configuration.

Expected system behavior.
