3399954 - Wrong withholding tax over indemnization base COTAX IND

Symptom

The system is not taking the correct base for withholding tax calculation over the Indemnization. The base used for comparison with the 204 UVT is incorrect.

- The Indemnization is calculated only when the "Base Gravable" is equal or greater than 204 UVT.
