3399989 - Issue with Internal Hire case

After to configure the Enhanced Onboarding Process, the following error is happening for field that is not mapped in Recruit to Hire Data Mapping:

[the field] is a required field and cannot be blank 

The mandatory fields will not be excluded?

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Login as the candidate
2. Try to complete Personal Data Collection
3. See the error

To pass internal hire’s hire data from Recruiting Management to Onboarding, you must map the mandatory Employee Central Data entity fields with the corresponding fields in Recruiting Management. 

The Enhanced Onboarding Process for Internal Hires will exclude mandatory validations for termination-related field, however considering this function works with EC is necessary to map the mandatory Employee Central Data entity fields with the corresponding fields in Recruiting Management.
