3400083 - Not Able to Edit IT Contact Name via Service Control Center WorkCenter

User wants to edit existing IT contact name

SAP Business ByDesign

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Service Control Center Work center.
2. Go to Contact Details view.
3. Select IT contact from Active contacts List.
4. Click on Edit

User cannot edit name field.

This is expected system behaviour.

User can change Email ID and contact details but user name cannot be changed.
