3400153 - Printing PI document from Fiori is not triggered in EWM

Symptom

In Count Physical Inventory Fiori app (F3340) you try to print a PI document.
Either no error message is shown, yet the printing is not done or the following error message is shown:
No condition record found for action &1 (/SCWM/PRINT 016)

The PPF Action Definition PI_COUNT_FIORI is not triggered.
