3400220 - Default Language populated by onChange rule gets changed after submitting New Hire Data Review - Onboarding

Default Language populated by onChange rule gets changed after submitting New Hire Data Review and then open Personal Data Collection / New Hire Data page.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Create a rule to populate Default Language based on the value of a required field
2. Initiate onboarding for candidate  >> Open NHDR task
3. Proceed until the required field has value >> Default Language value is populated correctly based on rule condition
4. Submit NHDR
5. Go to Onboarding dashboard >> open PDC task / New Hire Data page
6. Default Language value is changed

The required field that will be evaluated in rule condition is Read Only.

(Troubleshooting) Per rule trace log, the required field is evaluated as "null" when opening PDC / New Hire Data page even though it has value in UI.

1. Go to Admin Center >> Manage Business Configuration
2. Find the required field >> click on "Details" >> set Visibility=Edit
