Symptom

When trying to login or edit a page in SmartEdit, the following error appears in the console tab of the browser:

  • GET https://smartedit.yourDomain-xx-public.model-t.cc.commerce.ondemand.com/smartedit/configuration 401 (Unauthorized)
  • https://smartedit.yourDomain-xx-public.model-t.cc.commerce.ondemand.com/smarteditwebservices/v1/configurations 401
