3400496 - QC (+) Button Shows 'No actions found' after Validation Rule is Triggered or Status is Changed

There is a validation rule related to the Creation of Objects (Sales Quotes, Sales Order, Visit etc).

Even though the status of the rule has changed to true (it is possible to create objects), the + button shows 'No actions found'.

In case the document is closed and re-opened, the + button works correctly.

Create a validation rule related to the document status - Ex: When a Visit is set to status 'New', it is not possible to Create Sales Quotes or Orders. When the status 'In process' it is possible to create Quotes or Orders. Then:

1. Open a Visit with status 'New'.
2. Click on + button - message 'No actions found' will show up - correct behavior.
3. Change the status to 'In process'.
4. Click on + button - message 'No actions found' will still show up, even though it is possible to create objects via + button. 

This is the expected system behavior.

The first click on the + button, the information is stored on cache, and it will be used as long as the object is open. So, in case the user clicks on + when the user is not able to create any follow-up documents, the message 'No actions found' will be thrown, and it will be used even in case the document status is changed/ a rule is triggered afterward.

It is possible to follow the below workarounds as option:

• Close the object (visit) and re-open it.
• Refresh the Page.
• Change the status before clicking on the + button.
