3400505 - Document Upload in 'Find Maintenance Order' app not possible - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 

1. Access app Find Maintenance Order (F2175)
2. Press Go
3. Select a Maintenance Order
4. Navigate to Original Files tab
5. Drag and Drop of Files does not work or Button "Upload" not available

The UI for app Find Maintenance Order (F2175) is a display only which does not support upload of documents. You can only display assigned documents there.

If it is necessary to attach documents to a Maintenance Order, it is suggested to use the Edit button and Navigate to Document tab and Press button 'Add Attachment' to upload documents.

As an alternative, it is suggested to assign business catalog "Document Management - Document Handling" (SAP_PLM_BC_DIR_EXTD_PC ) to a users and use app "Manage Documents" to create a new attachment.

Afterwards go to app "Find Maintenance Order". In the worklist click on the ID of the Maintenance Order  to which want to assign attachment and select "Edit". On tab "Documents" add a new line and select the attachment which have created before to assign it to the Maintenance Order
