Symptom
- Customer connected ERP System to Process Insights.
- LMS ID was retrieved
- system was registered successfully in the PINS tenant
- Background user shows no authorization issues in SU53
- standard entitlement, not RISE/Partner.
However, no data was collected. Process Insights shows that Source system is not synced in Admin -> Data Collection settings.
Looking at the background jobs using Tx: SM37 no entries for the following jobs are present:
- CRBPA:AUTODISCOVERY
- CRBPA:DC_CONTROLLER
