3400559 - Error shown when opening Report Module through SSO

Symptom

Receiving error message:

Error
An error occurred while processing your request.
Argument 'userId is null. UserContext constructor' cannot be null. Parameter name: userId is null. UserContext constructor

Environment

SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to SAP CPQ through SSO;
  2. Open Report Module through the User Page;
  3. Enter in Setup;
  4. Try to load a report through Report Module.

Cause

Report Module contains third party cookies, therefore, existing blocks on infrastructure level, on Proxy provider and/or Web Browser could be causing the issue.

Resolution

Allow third party cookies should resolve the issue on infrastructure/Web Browser.
