3400622 - Rule function 'getAverageJobInfoValueBasedOnMonth()' doesn't evaluate the month of December

Symptom

Upon a business rule to evaluate a value, such as FTE in Job Information, the rule function ‘getAverageJobInfoValueBasedOnMonth()’ is not evaluating the month of December correctly, resolving the variable with a wrong value.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create an Accrual/Hire/Termination rule using the function as per sample rule below:
  2. Simulate the days in Time Account Process Simulator;
  3. Download the rule trace;
  4. Observe that the value is not being calculated as per Job Information values.;

Cause

Engineering is investigating the cause of the behavior.

Resolution

  • A Code Correction is to be set in place when the cause is discovered.
