3400714 - Not able to import Contact Team via Data Workbench

There is no object named "Contact Team" in the Data Workbench. Thereby, it's unable to import "Contact Team" via Data Workbench.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Customers BO > Contacts OWL > Contact TI.
2. Find the tab named "Contact Team".
3. You are able to maintain contacts under the tab.
4. Go to Data Workbench > Import.
5. You cannot find the object named "Contact Team". So, you are unable to mass upload the contact team.

There is no object named "Contact Team" by default in Data Workbench. Technically, the contact team is stored differently compared to the account team. The contact team is stored as 'Business Partner Relationship' of type BUR027.

Please import the contact team by the Business Partner Relationship of type BUR027.

1. Go to Data Workbench > Import > Individual Object.
2. Find the standard object "Business Partner Relationship".
3. Download and unzip the template.
   
   
   
   
4. Open and fill in the file "Business Partner Relationship.csv". The value of the field Relationship_Type is BUR027. The field First_Business_Partner_ID represents the business partner ID. The field Second_Business_Partner_ID represents the contact ID.
5. In this way, you can mass import the contact team.
