3400794 - Error: "Model information cannot be found" when opening Analytic Designer application or Optimized Design Experience Story

After QRC release, an Analytic Application or an Optimized Design Experience story fails to open with the error "Model information cannot be found".

The full error messages received when opening the Analytic Application or the story can vary:

Script execution failed for event "XXX"
Model information cannot be found

or

Model information cannot be found
Some data models have been changed since the story was last saved.
To make the next story loading and opening faster, resave the story.
