3400843 - "You can't share with user "USERNAME", because this user doesn't exist." error while changing a Scenario in the SAP IBP, add-in for Microsoft Excel

Symptom

During changing (promoting, resetting, etc.) a Scenario, the following error pops up in the IBP Excel add-in:

"You can’t share with user "USERNAME", because this user doesn't exist."
"Report error ID ... to the system administrator"
