3400952 - Not possible to deselect "All" in case of single dimension member visibility on filters using optimized Stories in SAP Analytics Cloud

The following behavior occurs in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC):

• When filtering on optimized (ODE) Stories and DAC is set up in a way that end users has access to one of the filter members only, the filter is always showing "All" and it is not possible to change it to get one single value visible. There is no "All" option exist that can be deselected, but the filter is set to "All".
• As the end user has no access to "All", only to a specific member Multi actions and Data Actions are failing.
• The same is working fine with classic Stories, as there is a separate "All" option that can be deselected, so the filter shows the one single value the user has access to.

1. Logon to SAC.
2. Open a Classic Story with a user that has access to one single dimension value for a particular Story filter.
3. Notice that the Story Filter for the dimension shows "All".
   1. After clicking the filter 2 values are selectable "All" and the dimension member the user has access to.
   2. It is possible to deselect "All" and select the dimension member the user has access to, so the Filter is clanging to this member.
   3. Multi actions and Data Actions can be executed when the filter is in this state.
4. Open the Classic Story with a user that has access to one single dimension value for a particular Story filter.
5. Notice that the Story Filter for the dimension shows "All".
   
   1. Once you click the filter you can see only one dimension member the user has access to.
   2. Even when deselecting and selecting this dimension member the filter is NOT changing to this member and still shows "All".
   3. Multi actions and Data Actions CANNOT be executed when the filter is in this state as the end user has no access to all members.
