When attempting to turn on Enable intelligent recommendations based on machine learning in Opportunity Marketplace, receive an error:

1. Log in to system
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Intelligent Recommendations
3. Locate Enable intelligent recommendations based on machine learning in Opportunity Marketplace and change button to ON
4. Receive error

Employee Central Integration Service has not been enabled on the data center

Employee Central Integration Service is being rolled out to customers in phases, and Enable intelligent recommendations based on machine learning in Opportunity Marketplace cannot be enabled until this rollout has been completed. The dates for the rollout to each data center are below:
