12. We have implemented S4HC solution for Portugal country. Some new APIs that should be implemented and used by customer in Portugal will be available in 2011 release. To speed-up the implementation activities we would like to activate another country in quality (like Italy) to have the API available before 2011 release and in this way start some activities. At the end of project just Portugal country must be activated in Production environment. In the scenario described, is there any negative impacts with the activation of another country just in Quality environment?
