3401007 - Schedule Onboarding Meetings link shows No Data - Onboarding

• (ONB) A meeting updated for participants Trigger email token [[MEETING_ACTIVITY_TILE_PAGE]] does not show any data when the link to access the meeting is clicked.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. The manager or responsible user will complete the Schedule Meeting Task
2. The (ONB) A meeting updated for participant's notification is triggered
3. When the recipient clicks on the link from token [[MEETING_ACTIVITY_TILE_PAGE]], the user logs in to the instance, and shows 'No Data' in the meeting task.

CAUSE 1: Meeting details will not show data to the participants for past-dated meetings.

CAUSE 2: The use who accessed the link or who logs in using the link from the token '[[MEETING_ACTIVITY_TILE_PAGE]] is not a candidate/external user.

• The email token '[[MEETING_ACTIVITY_TILE_PAGE]]' only works for candidates. If the manager receives a copy of this email, the manager won't see anything on that page (unless he is a candidate himself).
• Employee page will show the meeting details with future dates only.
