3401047 - Orphaned BW PSA tables cannot be deleted using program "RS_DELETE_TECHNICAL_CONTENT"

Symptom

After using program "RS_DELETE_TECHNICAL_CONTENT" to delete the BW technical content (including data flows) described as preparation step for BW/4HANA migration, there are some records in the table RSTSODS. However, Both programs RSAR_PSA_CLEANUP_DEFINITION and RSAR_PSA_CLEANUP_DIRECTORY cannot delete the PSA tables displayed in the RSTSODS, as correspondent data sources are not available in RSA1 transaction.
