3401075 - Improved error handling for error 694 - SAP ASE

• Error 694 is reported in the ASE error log:
  "An attempt was made to read logical page xxx, virtpage xxx from virtual device xxx for xxx. The page was not read successfully. You may have a device problem or an operating system problem."
• Errors continue to be raised on the same page over and over, such as error 605:
  "An attempt was made to fetch logical page xxx from cache xxx. Page belongs to xxx and not to xxx."
