Symptom
- The To-Do Business Process Tile refuses to load even with pending errors.
- My To‑Do Business Process tile won’t load, showing errors tied to a missing BPE task ID and blocking my onboarding work.
- The tile fails to load or keeps spinning because there are unresolved/on‑going errors in onboarding tasks.
- Even when the tile appears, it doesn’t display pending errors correctly—or it disappears when we exceed the BPE error limit.
- I can’t see Business Process tasks in the To‑Do panel even though I have all the required permissions.

Reproducing the Issue
- Proxy as BPE user
- Click To-Do > Business Process
- The Tile refuses to load.
Cause
- Original BPE Service User has been purged
Resolution
- If a BPE Service User was previously purge, it will result in stale entries.
- Stale entries can be remove from the Check Tool, however, this will only delete 1 entry at a time.
- For Mass deletion, you can reach out to SAP Support.
- Kindly update the BPE Service User under "Update Process Flows for Onboarding and Offboarding", once updated, the tile will load successfully without any error for any new error task.
