3401167 - Error "Service cannot be reached" when opening the process chain monitor via bw/4hana cockpit

While opening the process chain URL, you get a dialog box of error without stopping any of our activity. But a pop-up is coming up and needs to close for the screen.
Error message: Error reading process the process chain monitor cache status Service cannot be reached (403 Forbidden).
