Symptom
While you are migrating system from one OS type to the different one using SWPM 1.0, the SWPM pops error as below in the importing side:
Test Logon to SAP <SID> Failed(DDIC Check password).
In log file sapinst_dev.log, there is message as below:

And if you login the target system from SAP Logon, there is a popup as "rabax during sapgui logon". After you adding parameter login/quiet_mod=0 in the instance profile and try to log in it again, there is another message pop-up:
Error DBIF_RSQL_TABLE_UNKNOWN occurred. P1=ABAP-gen.
