While you are migrating system from one OS type to the different one using SWPM 1.0, the SWPM pops error as below in the importing side:

Test Logon to SAP <SID> Failed(DDIC Check password).

In log file sapinst_dev.log, there is message as below:

WARNING[E] 00000-00-00 (<user>/sapinst) (startInstallation) [AbRfc.cpp:185] id=rfclib.rfcConnect.connectOpenFailed errno=FRF-00007 AbRfc::openRfcConn()
Unable to open RFC connection.

TRACE      00000-00-00 (<user>/sapinst) (startInstallation) [AbRfc.cpp:186] AbRfc::openRfcConn()

TRACE      00000-00-00 (<user>/sapinst) (startInstallation) [SLPGuiEngine.cpp:214] SLPGuiEngine::showMessageBoxHandleButtonImpl()
<html> <head> </head> <body> Test logon to SAP System <SID> failed. <p> SOLUTION: Make sure that the system is started, that the user DDIC exists and that the password of user DDIC is correct. </p> </body> </html>

And if you login the target system from SAP Logon, there is a popup as "rabax during sapgui logon". After you adding parameter login/quiet_mod=0 in the instance profile and try to log in it again, there is another message pop-up:
