3401348 - Failure or performance downgrade for data package

• When running data packages to load data from BW to BPC cube, clear data or Lite Optimize, performance issue occurs which takes much time than before although the data volume growing is not that much. Sometimes, the jobs keeps running and eventually fails.
• The process chains could be /CPMB/LOAD_DELTA_IP, /CPMB/CLEAR, /CPMB/LITE_OPTIMIZE, etc.
• In SM37 job log, it was canceled without detailed error or below error.
  Internal session terminated with a runtime error TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED (see ST22)
  Job canceled
• ST22 dump may occur.
