3401367 - Output error "Unbalanced quoted string"

A send email is bouncing back with the error "Unbalanced quoted string in AWS".

SAP Business By Design.

1. Go to the Purchase Requests and Orders.
2. Go to the Purchase Orders view.
3. Show All and search for the affected ID.
4. Open it and go to the Output History tab.
5. You will see the error in the output history.

The error: "Unbalanced quoted string" usually happens if the subject is cut into two lines, with a line break while manually configuring an email subject or the document mane by adding a line break i.e. by hitting enter.

Please follow these steps to correctly maintain the document name in the Form Template. Avoid using copy-paste methods, as they may result in incorrect or invalid values.

1. Navigate to Application and User Management.
2. Go to Form Template Maintenance.
3. Filter the template.
4. Select the template.
5. Click the Action button.
6. Maintain the document name correctly.

• Ensure that the document name is correctly maintained, following the required format.
• The subject line should be kept in ONE line unless it is absolutely necessary to break it into multiple lines.
• If the subject line is too long and needs to be split, ensure it is broken into two or more lines in a manner that maintains readability.
• Avoid using line breaks and special characters in the subject line and document name, as they may lead to formatting issues or errors.
