3401460 - XSA upgrade hanging and failing

Performing XSA upgrade, but it's hanging in the package extraction of 'Initial content' phase. 

Getting below pop up error:

"Update of SAP HANA XS Advanced Runtime failed
Finding busy executables and libraries is hanging. 
Installation process will most likely hang as well. 
Try to find blocking processes and kill them, or reboot your system!"

It can be seen from the other logs that the Database is up and running.
Also try to restarting the DB and check by continuing the updgrade, but it didn't help.

The /mnt/SAPCD is NFS mount point and was used as location to store all the software dumps. Accessing this NFS mount point is giving problems and 'df -h' command hangs and have to end it manually by pressing Ctrl+c command. That was the reason why moved software dump to /hana/data a local file system for performing the XSA upgrade. But, still experience the same issue and the upgrade hangs at Initial content package extraction phase.
