3401558 - Warning when accessing Generate Time Sheets alerts from Admin Alerts tool

There is a warning popup like below when accessing Admin Alert Type "Generate Time Sheets" from Admin Alerts tool.

ATTENTION!!! We introduced an approval process for alert types. Please follow https://confluence.successfactors.com/pages/viewpage.action?spaceKey=QA&title=Admin+Alerts+Approval. If your admin alert type is not approved, it cannot be used productively.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking

1. Navigate to Admin Alerts tool.
2. Select Generate Time Sheets as the Admin Alert Type.
3. Then the warning popup shows up.

This is a known situation that is worked on.

This is a known situation that happens for 2305 and 2311 release. 

A fix is now worked on and there is plan to fix this with a patch. This KBA will be updated with progress on the fix.

This is just a warning popup that can be closed directly. It does not impact or block any function. So you can close it and continue with your desired actions in Admin Alerts for Generate Time Sheets alerts.
