When I try to run a sync project in BPMC, the synchronization fails, and I receive the error message 'Sync errored for ObjectType: OBJECT with error: The element is locked by USERNAME'.
The error message above has been generalized. In the real error message, at the USERNAME and OBJECT you can see real username and real object type.
Resolution
The synchronization process (Signavio Process Manager > Solution Manager) cannot update the data of the object indicated in the error message, because the object is being adjusted by a Solution Manager user.
Please contact the user indicated in the error message, so that the respective object can be saved and changed from edit mode to display mode.
