3401602 - Error Message While Creating and Retrieving Notes in Cases

Symptom

When creating a case and adding a Description, upon saving, the agent receives the error message Encountered error while creating note.

Later on, when accessing a case and navigating to the General tab where the Description and Notes are maintained, the agent receives the error message Encountered error while retrieving note.

SAP Service Cloud Version 2.
