Default locale for new users added via Add New Employees are not matching default language set in provisioning but instead is set as en_US.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1.Maintain provisioning default language as Japanese or other languages except en_US.

2.Go to front end UI(Admin Center) and add a new user via Add New Employee

3.Go to data inspector and check this user's default locale is set to en_US. Or do Employee Export and check this user's default locale via exported file.

Engineering team is investigating this behavior.

Engineering team confirmed issue fix will be applied 27-Nov-23 via patch PTCH-42579.
