- What Android devices are supported by SAC Mobile App?
- How does SAP support when issue happens on an Android device which is not in the supported devices list?
Environment
- SAC Mobile.
- Android.
Resolution
- Based on the SAP Analytics Cloud Mobile Administration Guide, only the devices in the table are officially supported.

Mobile operating systems | Requires Android 9.0 or later. |
Devices | Requires an Android mobile device with at least 4 GB of RAM. Supported devices include Samsung Galaxy S9/S9 plus S10/S10plus, S4 Tab, S5 Tab, Google Pixel, Google Pixel 3 XL ). For the best experience, use a Samsung S10 plus or a mobile device with a fast processor and a good data or WIFI connection. |
- For the Android devices which are not in the table are also supported by reference, exception being devices where OEM’s customize the Android OS with their experience.
- When issue happens on other Android devices not in the above list in the table, SAP will check if the issue could be reproduced internally on listed devices.
