3401791 - SAML SSO logon workflow displays "logging on" message followed by blank "Authentication information required" window multiple times in SAP BI Mobile App

Symptom

  • Failed to logon to SAP BI Mobile App intermittently using SAML SSO with F5 load balancer front end Mobile Server URL and more than one active Tomcat Servers.
  • Charles Logs displayed multiple JSESSIONIDs (more than 2) generated during the SAML SSO logon workflow.
  • This behavior is not seen when only one Tomcat Server is active.
