Enable Centralized Services for Onboarding Pages switch which is available in Onboarding General Settings page in Preview Instances, will not be going live in Production instances during b2311 release deployment this weekend 18th November 2023.
It will be deployed at a later date and you can monitor this KBA for details on the release date when it is confirmed.
