3401838 - Some quantity related fields are not populating in Sales apps for Internal Sales Representatives

Symptom

  • In app F1814, some of the quantity related fields - e.g. Requested quantity, Ordered quantity, Confirmed quantity - do not show any value despite they are properly saved in the database and CDS views: C_SALESORDERITEMFS, C_SALESORDERSCHEDULELINE.
  • In Sales Quotations app - F1871 the net value details are not displayed - 0 value is shown - for the document which affects the approval process.
