Symptom

  • When installing the third party add-in for Office such as Think-cell, the EPM Add-In is not working.
  • The following error appears ERROR: "Excel is running into problems with the 'fpmxlclient.connect' add-in. If this keeps happening, disable this add-in and check for available updates."
