3402090 - Server not found in the kerbeors database when connecting to HIVE using DSN - SAP Data Services 4.3

Symptom

When connecting to hive database using DSN the connection fails with the following error message:

isql CLOUDERA_DSN username -v

[28000][unixODBC][Cloudera][ThriftExtension] (9) Error occurred while authenticating via SASL. Error details: SASL(-1): generic failure: GSSAPI Error: Unspecified GSS failure.  Minor code may provide more information (Server not found in Kerberos database)
[ISQL]ERROR: Could not SQLConnect
