3402148 - Dunning Run ID is blank in Dunning History

Symptom

The field Dunning Run ID in "Display Dunning History" app is blank.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Enter App Display Dunning History.
  2. Enter Company Code or Dunning Run Date (or any other parameter) as filter on the top.
  3. In the displayed list, "Dunning Run ID" is blank.

Cause

Dunning runs with empty ID were created as 'Individual Dunning Notice'.

Resolution

See 'Individual Dunning Notice' button on App 'Create Dunning Notices'.
