3402160 - Newer versions of SAPFTP encounter error: "User USERNAME has no access authorization for computer IPADDRESS"

• Actions that use SAPFTP/SAPFTPA are not working, in SAP system error is seen "User USERNAME has no access authorization for computer IPADDRESS" even though the following KBAs have been followed, 2072995 - User '' has no access authorization for computer '' and 2401917 - Program RSFTP002 fails with "User * has no access authorization for computer *"
• This is only happening with a newer Kernel patch or newer version of SAPFTP. If you switch back to an older version of SAPFTP then the issue no longer occurs. The versions of SAPFTP that are present with the Kernel version (and versions above) mentioned in note "3265917 - Some ftp servers don't handle special characters properly in filenames from sapftp" will have this issue.
• In the SAPFTP or SAPFTPA traces you will see Network related errors such as: NIECONN_BROKEN:TCP/IP Network Connection Broken in getreply()
