3402177 - Lock Other Content When in Progress behavior via Item Connector

Item connector does not respect the setting restrictAccessToOtherComponentObjectsDuringExam while disabled. If an Assessment is associated to an item via Connector, still the "Lock Other Content when in Progress" is being checked automatically.

1. Make sure this setting is FALSE under LMS_ADMIN> restrictAccessToOtherComponentObjectsDuringExam 
2. Run the connector files to associate an exam to the item
3. Access the item created > Online Settings > Launch tab.
4. "Lock Other Content when in Progress" will be checked.

After Product Management confirmation, this flag is not taken in consideration by the connector, which means that the behavior seen is expected.

This is expected behavior given the connector design of not honoring the flag.

We recommend that a Product Enhancement is created in case that this is desired to suggest a system behavior for the connector. Please refer to the SAP Note below.
