3402188 - Pay Components are removed when Global Assignment is ended when centralized services are enabled - CS2H2023

When Global Assignment is ended manually through Take action then Pay components are removed from new compInfo record (created as a result of jobInfo to compInfo cross entity rule) when centralized service switch is disabled.

Centralized Service switch: “Enable Centralized Services for Global Assignment (Applicable for Add, Edit, End and Obsolete actions from UI). 

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Add Global Assignment

1. In Admin Tools -> Company System and Logo Settings, the switch "Enable Centralized Services for Global Assignment (Applicable for Add, Edit, End and Obsolete actions from UI " is enabled.
2. Go to user profile. 
3. Add Global assignment. 
4. Take action > Manage Global Assignment > Click End. 
5. Result: Pay Components are removed in Compensation Information.

• Our engineering team is currently working on a fix for this issue.
• This KBA will be updated once there are further details on the fix.
• Workaround: Disable "Enable Centralized Services for Global Assignment (Applicable for Add, Edit, End and Obsolete actions from UI" from Company System and Logo Settings. Please don't forget to re-enable the Centralized Services switches after the issue is fixed so that you can continue to enjoy the benefits of Centralized Services
