3402211 - Error M7545 occurs in 'Reprocess goods movements' app (COGI)

After executing or canceling confirmation, goods movement fails with error M7545 "Not all reservations could be blocked" in Reprocess goods movements app (COGI).

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Make confirmation for the production order.
2. Go to Reprocess goods movements app (COGI).
3. Search for the production order
4. Check the error.
5. Error M7545 is displayed.

The reservations are locked by other programs, e.g. 'Change Material' app, when confirmation is being executed or canceled.

Save these entries again in Reprocess goods movements' app (COGI). Once the lock is released, these entries can be posted without problem.

Schedule Posting of Predefined Confirmation Processes app can be used to make the reprocessing process automatic.
