3402269 - The +/- sign change in FSV is not working in relevant reports- SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

In Manage Global Hierarchies app, checkbox “+/- Sign Change” is checked for some nodes. However, the +/- sign is not reversed in relevant reports, such as in Balance Sheet/Income Statement – Multidimensional app.

1. Open app Manage Global Hierarchies, selecting "+/- Sign Change" for an FSV node.
   
   
2. Open app Balance Sheet/Income Statement - Multidimensional, the number is not reversed for the node.

The sign change defined in app Manage Global Hierarchies should be reflected by 'Sign Adjusted' column in app Balance Sheet/Income Statement - Multidimensional.

Add the 'Sign Adjusted' column into the report of Balance Sheet/Income Statement - Multidimensional. The sign change defined in app Manage Global Hierarchies should be reflected by these columns.

The same goes for other app like Group Data Analysis. Sign changes take effect on the sign-adjusted measures.
