3402399 - Rehire with New Employment is Not Available While Rehiring a Contingent Worker

The following 2 options are available when rehiring a contingent worker: Accept Match and Ignore Matches. However, the expected options are: Rehire with New Employment and Ignore Matches. 

The Product Management Team are internally discussing about the expected system behaviour(s). We'll update this KBA once we have more details in this regard. 

Workaround: Rehire via imports.
