3402546 - Foreign business partners are getting displayed in DRC - Statutory Reporting - US 1099

Symptom

In the 'Run Compliance Reports' Fiori application, the  DRC - Statutory Reporting for United States - 1099 MISC and 1099 NEC Reports is fetching vendors not based in the United States but having transactions with the US. Additionally, a digit "1" is appearing in front of the vendor name where this issue is occurring.
