3402589 - Error on job relationships type during saving data - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

When adding a new employee or changing users position you receive following error:

"You are trying to modify multiple records with the same keys (user-id , start-date , relationship-type). Please review the data and try again."

This is caused because system is identifying two job relationships for same type in user records, which can be caused by a conflict on configuration, as you might using business rules to set the job relationships AND Position Matrix Relationships sync is turned on.

We recommend that you use only the Position Management standard functionality only to sync the job relationships from position.

Any rule that also sets the job relationships will cause unexpected errors and incorrect behavior in the standard sync functionality.
