Why was this done?

Enabling the feature caused issues with processing of specific Events and Transactions via the UI, namely the inability to end a Suspension or Furlough via the UI and not being able to use Data Change Event Reasons with status other than Terminated, Retired or No Selection via the UI. Due to this to ensure no interruption to existing processes in Production instances and to allow time to provided a patch to resolve this issue, the feature will be temporarily disabled in all Production Instances.

When will this be re-enabled?

The fix for this issue is scheduled to be provided via a patch on 2311p6 (27-Nov-23 Preview and 30th Nov 2023 in Production). Once the patch is deployed the feature will be re-enabled shortly after.
