3402712 - User and Roles page not loading

Symptom

It is not possible to access User and Roles page in SAC

Environment

SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2023.21.6

Reproducing the Issue

Access SAC tenant
Go to Security > Users > see the UI has some bugs as only two small squares can be seen on the top left
Go to Security > Roles > page keeps loading for a long time until you get the error: 502 Bad Gateway: Registered endpoint failed to handle the request.

Correlation ID: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
