Symptom

Cannot find a field labelled Termination Reason from Global Job Information in Stories query designer

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
    • Reporting (Ad Hoc, YouCalc, ORD)
      • Story Report

Cause

There is no separate field or column in the schema for Termination reason.

Resolution

Please select or add Event Reason fields from Global Job Information (Event Reason ID and Event Reason Name) to view the Termination reason.
